1.Synthetic rattan:

   a.The rattan has passed a 3000-hour UV test without being broken or color fading.

   b.The thickness of rattan is more than 1.3mm.

   c.The warranty is 2-3 years for common wicker, 5 years is also available.

2.Fabric:

  a.The fabric is made of 100% polyester waterproof and can dry quickly. 

  b.Removable cushions with high-density foam are easily to clean and have many alternative colors.

  c.The cushion fabric is also non-deforming and vermin-proof.

3.Aluminum frame:

   a.The strong aluminum frame is as thick as 1.2 mm.

   b.The powder coating is finished at 220 ℃.

A: Don’t worry. If the damage is proved to happen before loading, we’ll hold the responsibility and replace them for you. 

If it’s proved to happen during the sea transportation and our term is CIF, we will claim this to our insurance company and pay you the compensation after the settlement.

If the term is FOB, you will need to claim this to your insurance company or shipping company on your own.

7. Q: How long will my order be delivered?

A:It depends on the quantity and the models. Normally our lead time is 25-35 days.

8. Q: Can I order one set for sample ?

A: Yes, sample order is acceptable for us. But usually a sample will cost much more for our factory. Hope you understand. In order to provider more specific information, may I know whether this sample is for showroom retailing or for sample room display? And may I know more about your company?
